Yes, all of our products are natural, cruelty-free, non-toxic, paraben-free, and phthalate-free. Our goal is to make clean products that you can feel good using.

Our Supercozy line is made out of a natural bamboo/cotton blend material that is made in Canada.

Currently, we ship to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding our shipping zone

Orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within Canada and the US takes between 5-10 business days. Orders shipped to the United Kingdom take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.

All Supercozy apparel orders will be shipped at the end of July — if you have ordered a candle and a Supercozy item, they will be shipped together at this time. If you would like to receive your candle ahead of your Supercozy piece(s), please place two separate orders.

We do not offer returns or exchanges, however, if a product shows up damaged, send us an email with a picture at hello@supersensestudios.com, and we’ll be in touch to help.

All sales are final.

Customers are responsible for any international postal and customs fees. If any supplementary fees or charges are applied to your package once it leaves our facility, but are refused at the time your delivery, your order will be returned to us without the possibility of a refund.
